ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน Terms of Service
ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ TogMate. เอกสารนี้อธิบายข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณและ TogMate เมื่อคุณใช้บริการ. การเข้าใช้งานหมายถึงคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้. Welcome to TogMate. This document is the agreement between you and TogMate when you use our service. By using TogMate, you accept these terms.
1. เกี่ยวกับ TogMate 1. About TogMate
TogMate เป็นระบบซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับจัดการธุรกิจถ่ายภาพ ให้บริการโดย FK Studio ตั้งอยู่ที่พัทยา ประเทศไทย. ติดต่อได้ที่ hello@togmate.com. TogMate is a software service for managing a photography business, operated by FK Studio, based in Pattaya, Thailand. Contact: hello@togmate.com.
2. บัญชีผู้ใช้ 2. Your account
- การใช้งาน TogMate ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Google เท่านั้น You must sign in with a Google account to use TogMate
- หนึ่งบัญชี = หนึ่งผู้ใช้ ห้ามแชร์บัญชีกับผู้อื่น One account is for one user only · sharing accounts is not allowed
- คุณรับผิดชอบต่อการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google ที่ใช้ล็อกอิน You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure
3. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน (License) 3. License grant
เมื่อคุณซื้อ Founding Member (฿990 · จ่ายครั้งเดียว) คุณได้รับสิทธิ์: When you purchase the Founding Member plan (฿990 · one-time), you receive:
- ใช้งาน TogMate ตลอดชีพ สำหรับใช้งานส่วนตัวหรือธุรกิจของคุณเอง Lifetime access for your personal or business use
- อัปเดตฟีเจอร์ใหม่ตามที่เราปล่อยออกมา All feature updates we release
- Support ทางอีเมล Email support
คุณ ไม่ได้รับ สิทธิ์ในการ: You do not receive rights to:
- ขายต่อ · แจกจ่าย · หรือให้เช่า TogMate Resell, redistribute, or sublicense TogMate
- Reverse engineer · แก้ไข · หรือสร้างผลงานลอกเลียนซอฟต์แวร์ Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works
- ใช้ TogMate ในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย Use TogMate for unlawful purposes
4. ข้อมูลของคุณ 4. Your data
ข้อมูลที่คุณสร้างในระบบ (bookings, clients, documents, galleries) เป็นของคุณ. เราไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของและไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณให้ใคร. รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม อ่าน Privacy Policy. Data you create in the system (bookings, clients, documents, galleries) belongs to you. We do not own it and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. การชำระเงินและการคืนเงิน 5. Payments and refunds
การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่าน payment processor ที่ได้รับการรับรอง (Omise). เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตของคุณบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ TogMate. รายละเอียดการคืนเงินอ่านที่ Refund Policy. Payments are processed by a certified payment provider (Omise). We do not store your card details on TogMate servers. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. ความพร้อมใช้งาน 6. Service availability
เราทำเต็มที่เพื่อให้ TogMate ใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา · แต่ไม่รับประกัน uptime 100%. อาจมีช่วง maintenance, downtime หรือปัญหาจาก third-party (Google, Supabase, Omise) ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา. We work hard to keep TogMate available at all times, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional maintenance, downtime, or third-party issues (Google, Supabase, Omise) may occur outside our control.
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ 7. Changes to the service
TogMate จะพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเรื่อยๆ. เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิ่ม/แก้ไข/ยกเลิกฟีเจอร์ที่เห็นสมควร · โดยจะแจ้งลูกค้าล่วงหน้าเมื่อเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ. TogMate will keep evolving. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features as needed. Significant changes will be communicated in advance to affected users.
8. การยกเลิกและระงับการใช้งาน 8. Termination
คุณสามารถยกเลิกและขอลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ ผ่าน Settings ในแอปหรือส่งอีเมลถึงเรา. TogMate ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้. You can cancel and request account deletion anytime via Settings in the app or by emailing us. TogMate reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ 9. Limitation of liability
ในกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหาย ความรับผิดของ TogMate จำกัดอยู่ที่จำนวนเงินที่คุณจ่ายให้เราในช่วง 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมา. เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม · การสูญเสียกำไร · หรือข้อมูลของคุณที่เก็บใน Google Drive. In the event of damages, TogMate's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data you store in Google Drive.
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ 10. Governing law
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย. ข้อพิพาทใดๆ จะระงับที่ศาลไทยเป็นผู้พิจารณา. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in Thai courts.
